As with anything in life, the better you prepare,
the better your results. We recommend sand blasting to a white consistency.
This will give you the best chance to add many years to the life of
the tank. It is easier to blast to white when the tank is first built.
So why pay someone to blast off all that rust? Polyurethane protects
your tank when it's new and will increase the resale value
by at least the cost of the coating substantially.
